Late March 2010 Newsletter

Sydney Coastal Ecovillage
Dear Ecovillage Friends,

March 2010

Project Update
Narara
The beautiful Narara land comes back on to the market in May with a new agent, new sales process and new valuation.

We are still looking for a developer with whom to partner. In these tight times of finance, the developer could get moving with some cash and presales from SCEV members. SCEV could benefit from their skills, knowledge and expertise. If you know of any suitable developer please email (cut and paste) them the small advertisement below. Once again, please send Lyndall any leads on this….do NOT hold back, this land and finding the right developer are important and timing is crucial now.
